Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Time

i.    FBSB shall deliver customer Order to the delivery address provided by customer. Customer may choose for their Order to be delivered during their purchase or scheduled for a specific time. An estimated delivery time will be provided to customer through conversation confirmation but delivery times shall vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g., order quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.).

Unsuccessful & Failed Deliveries

i.    In the event a delivery was made but we are unable to do so due to the reasons may or not caused by customer, including but not limited to:
•    no one was present or available to receive the Order; or
•    customer was un-contactable despite attempts to reach the customer via the phone number provided; or
•    lack of appropriate or sufficient access to deliver the Order successfully; or
•    lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the Order


No-show Cancellations

i.    If customer remain un-contactable or fail to receive the Order within 10 - 15 minutes max. upon the arrival of the 3rd Party Delivery at given delivery address, Fandbee Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy the customer.
ii.    We will re-deliver the orders again with re-arrangement of delivery and payment agreed by customer. 

 

Refund/Return and Cancellation

i.    Customers to report issues (e.g., wrong order, defective order, or missing items) on product back to Customer Service (careline@fandbee.com / 0174083877) immediately within the first 30 minutes of receiving the order.

ii.    All products with issues should be return to Fandbee Sdn Bhd immediately or no later than next business day. All return transportation cost will be borne by customer.

iii.    To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

iv.    FBSB may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with customer Order. If we determine that the Order and/or Goods customer received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will compensate customer for entire or partial of the Order.

v.    All mode of payment used via the FBSB Social Commerce platform shall be refunded in accordance to customer payment mode. All payment refund will be accordance with the bank’s standard practices (max. 14 business days). Please take note that each issuer bank will or might have different time periods to reflect on the refunded sum in your bank account/statement.

vi.    Cancellation is only allowed and applies if customer/s made payment and the goods have NOT exit the outlet.

vii.    Unavailable stocks in order made.
